Corporate Good Standing Sample Clauses

The Corporate Good Standing clause requires that a company maintain its legal status and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations throughout the duration of an agreement. This typically means the company must be properly registered, up to date on required filings, and not subject to any administrative or legal actions that could jeopardize its ability to operate.
