Corporate Governance During Specified Period. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article III, during the Specified Period (as defined in Article X) the provisions set forth in Article X shall govern and be controlling to the extent that any provision in this Article III is inconsistent or conflicts with Article X.
