Common use of Corporate Guarantor’s Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Corporate Guarantor’s Subsidiaries. The Borrowers shall provide the Agent with a list of the Borrowers’ and the Corporate Guarantor’s (direct and indirect) subsidiaries at the date of this Agreement (together with information requested by the Agent pursuant to Clause 11.6(c) in respect of such subsidiaries) and shall promptly update this list from time to time to advise the Agent of any amendments to the information included in the original list delivered to the Agent, unless such information is included in the financial statement or periodic public filings of the Corporate Guarantor.
