The person(s) executing this Lease on behalf of Lessee hereby consent, represent and warrant that Lessee is a duly incorporated or a duly qualified (if a foreign corporation) corporation and authorized to do business in the District of Columbia; and that the person or persons executing this Lease on behalf of Lessee is an officer or are officers of Lessee, and that he or she as such officers are duly authorized to sign and execute this Lease.
