CORPORATE, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AND PARTNERSHIP AUTHORITY. The parties hereto represent and warrant that they are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease, and that this Lease is binding in accordance with its terms. If this Lease is not signed by two officers as provided in California Corporations Code Section 313, Tenant shall, at Landlord’s request, deliver a certified copy of its board of directors’ resolution, operating agreement or partnership agreement or certificate authorizing or evidencing the execution of this Lease.
