CORPORATE MANAGEMENT SERVICES. (i) The Sub-Adviser shall furnish for the use of the Fund office space and all office facilities, equipment and personnel necessary for servicing the investments of the Fund. (ii) The Sub-Adviser shall pay the salaries of all personnel of the Fund and the Sub-Adviser performing services relating to research, statistical and investment activities on behalf of the Fund.
