Corporate or Name Change. Debtor will give Secured Party at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of any change in Debtor's jurisdiction of organization, name, identity, mailing address, jurisdiction of organization or corporate structure. With respect to any such change, Debtor will execute such instruments, documents and notices and take such actions as Secured Party reasonably deems necessary or desirable to create, perfect and protect the Security Interests.
