Common use of Corporate or Name Change Clause in Contracts

Corporate or Name Change. The Borrower will give the Agent at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of any change in the Borrower’s name, identity, mailing address or corporate structure. With respect to any such change, the Borrower will execute such documents and take such actions as the Agent deems necessary or desirable to create, perfect and protect the Security Interests.
