Common use of Corporate or Other Action Clause in Contracts

Corporate or Other Action. All corporate (or other) action necessary for the valid execution, delivery and performance by the Borrower of this Reimbursement and Pledge Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which it is or is to become a party shall have been duly and effectively taken, and evidence thereof satisfactory to the Administrative Agent shall have been provided to the Administrative Agent.

Corporate or Other Action. All corporate (or other) action necessary for the valid execution, delivery and performance by each of the Borrower Borrowers of this Reimbursement and Pledge Agreement, the other Agreement Documents and the other Loan Documents to which it is or is to become a party shall have been duly and effectively taken, and satisfactory evidence thereof satisfactory to the Administrative Agent shall have been provided to the Administrative Agent.

Corporate or Other Action. All corporate (or other) action necessary for the valid execution, delivery and performance by the each Borrower of this Reimbursement and Pledge Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which it is or is to become a party shall have been duly and effectively taken, and evidence thereof satisfactory to the Administrative Agent shall have been provided to the Administrative Agent.

Corporate or Other Action. All corporate (or other) action necessary for the valid execution, delivery and performance by the Borrower and the Guarantor of this Reimbursement and Pledge Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which it is or is to become a party shall have been duly and effectively taken, and evidence thereof satisfactory to the Administrative Agent Lenders shall have been provided to the Administrative Agent.

Corporate or Other Action. All corporate (or otherother partnership or company) action necessary for the valid execution, delivery and performance by the Borrower and each of this Reimbursement and Pledge Agreement and its Subsidiaries of the other Loan Documents to which it is or is to become a party shall have been duly and effectively taken, and evidence thereof reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent shall have been provided to the Administrative AgentLenders.
