Common use of Corporate Power, Etc Clause in Contracts

Corporate Power, Etc. Administrative Borrower (a) has all requisite corporate power and authority to execute and deliver this Tenth Amendment and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers, and (b) has taken all action, corporate or otherwise, necessary to authorize the execution and delivery of this Tenth Amendment and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers.

Corporate Power, Etc. Administrative Borrower (a) has all requisite corporate power and authority to execute and deliver this Tenth Thirteenth Amendment and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers, and (b) has taken all action, corporate or otherwise, necessary to authorize the execution and delivery of this Tenth Thirteenth Amendment and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers.

Corporate Power, Etc. Administrative Borrower (a) has all requisite corporate power and authority to execute and deliver this Tenth Fourth Amendment and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers, and (b) has taken all action, corporate or otherwise, necessary to authorize the execution and delivery of this Tenth Fourth Amendment and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers.

Administrative Borrower (a) has all requisite corporate power and authority to execute and deliver this Tenth Twelfth Amendment and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers, and (b) has taken all action, corporate or otherwise, necessary to authorize the execution and delivery of this Tenth Twelfth Amendment and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers.

Administrative Borrower (a) has all requisite corporate power and authority to execute and deliver this Tenth Fourth Amendment and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, (on behalf of all of the other Borrowers, ) and (b) has taken all action, corporate or otherwise, necessary to authorize the execution and delivery of this Tenth Fourth Amendment and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, (on behalf of all the Borrowers), Administrative Borrower is entering into this Fourth Amendment (on behalf of the other Borrowers) in accordance with Section 14.1 of the Credit Agreement.

Administrative Borrower (a) has all requisite corporate power and authority to execute and deliver this Tenth Ninth Amendment and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers, and (b) has taken all action, corporate or otherwise, necessary to authorize the execution and delivery of this Tenth Ninth Amendment and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers.

Administrative Borrower (a) has all requisite corporate power and authority to execute and deliver this Tenth Sixth Amendment and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers, and (b) has taken all action, corporate or otherwise, necessary to authorize the execution and delivery of this Tenth Sixth Amendment and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers.

Administrative Borrower (a) has all requisite corporate power and authority to execute and deliver this Tenth Nineteenth Amendment and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers, and (b) has taken all action, corporate or otherwise, necessary to authorize the execution and delivery of this Tenth Nineteenth Amendment and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers.

Administrative Borrower (a) has all requisite corporate power and authority to execute and deliver this Tenth Seventh Amendment and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers, and (b) has taken all action, corporate or otherwise, necessary to authorize the execution and delivery of this Tenth Seventh Amendment and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers.

Administrative Borrower (a) has all requisite corporate power and authority to execute and deliver this Tenth Fifth Amendment and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers, and (b) has taken all action, corporate or otherwise, necessary to authorize the execution and delivery of this Tenth Fifth Amendment and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, on behalf of all of the other Borrowers.

Administrative Borrower (a) has all requisite corporate power and authority to execute and deliver this Tenth Fourth Amendment and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, (on behalf of all of the other Borrowers, ) and (b) has taken all action, corporate or otherwise, necessary to authorize the execution and delivery of this Tenth Fourth Amendment and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby for itself and, in the case of Administrative Borrower, (on behalf of all the Borrowers). Administrative Borrower is entering into this Fourth Amendment (on behalf of the other Borrowers) in accordance with Section 14.1 of the Credit Agreement.
