Common use of Corporate Power, Etc Clause in Contracts

Corporate Power, Etc. The Borrower Parties (a) have all requisite corporate power and authority to execute and deliver this Twelfth Amendment and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby and (b) have taken all action, corporate or otherwise, necessary to authorize the execution and delivery of this Twelfth Amendment and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
