Common use of Corporate Powers Clause in Contracts

Corporate Powers. The Lessee has the corporate capacity, and has taken all corporate action and obtained all consents, if any, necessary for it: 19.4.1 to execute this Agreement and the other Lease Documents and the Transaction Documents to which the Lessee is a party; and 19.4.2 to make all the payments and perform all the obligations contemplated by, and to comply with this Agreement and the other Lease Documents and the Transaction Documents to which the Lessee is a party.
