Common use of Corporate Proceedings and Documents Clause in Contracts

Corporate Proceedings and Documents. All corporate proceedings taken by the Company in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incident thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory in all material respects to Acquiror and Acquiror's counsel, and Acquiror and Acquiror's Counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents as they may reasonably request.
