Common use of Corporate Proceedings Satisfactory Clause in Contracts

Corporate Proceedings Satisfactory. All corporate and other proceedings to be taken by Seller in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incident thereto will be satisfactory in form and substance to Bridgeline and its counsel, and Bridgeline and its counsel will have received all such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents and other closing documents as they reasonably may request.

Corporate Proceedings Satisfactory. All corporate and other proceedings to be taken by Seller in connection with the transactions Transaction contemplated hereby and all documents incident thereto will be satisfactory in form and substance to Bridgeline Digital and its counsel, and Bridgeline Digital and its counsel will have received all such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents and other closing documents as they reasonably may request.

All corporate and other proceedings to be taken by Seller in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incident thereto will be satisfactory in form and substance to Bridgeline Software and its counsel, and Bridgeline Software and its counsel will have received all such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents and other closing documents as they reasonably may request.
