Common use of Corporate Proceedings Satisfactory Clause in Contracts

Corporate Proceedings Satisfactory. All corporate proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and all other agreements, documents and instruments executed or delivered pursuant to it, and all legal matters incident thereto, shall be satisfactory to the Agent.

Corporate Proceedings Satisfactory. All corporate proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement Amendment and all other agreements, documents and instruments executed or delivered pursuant to it, and all legal matters incident thereto, shall be satisfactory to the Agent.

Corporate Proceedings Satisfactory. All corporate proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement Waiver and Amendment and all other agreements, documents and instruments executed or delivered pursuant to it, and all legal matters incident thereto, shall be satisfactory to the Agent.
