Common use of Corporate Records; Copies of Documents Clause in Contracts

Corporate Records; Copies of Documents. The copies of the corporate records of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries, as made available to Buyer for review, are true and complete copies of the originals of such documents. The Company has made available for inspection and copying by Buyer and its counsel true and correct copies of all documents referred to in this Section or delivered to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement.
