Common use of Corporate Tenants Clause in Contracts

Corporate Tenants. 28.1 If Tenant is or will be a corporation, the persons executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant hereby covenant and warrant that Tenant is a duly incorporated or duly qualified (if foreign) corporation and is authorized to do business in the State in which the Shopping Center is located, and that the person or persons executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant is an officer or are officers of such Tenant, and that he or they as such officers are duly authorized to sign and execute this Lease.
