Common use of Corporation and District Representatives Clause in Contracts

Corporation and District Representatives. Whenever under the provisions of this Installment Sale Agreement the approval of the Corporation or the District is required, or the Corporation or the District is required to take some action at the request of the other, such approval or such request shall be given for the Corporation by an Corporation Representative and for the District by a District Representative, and any party hereto shall be authorized to rely upon any such approval or request.
