Common use of Corporation is Trustee Clause in Contracts

Corporation is Trustee. The Holders hereby acknowledge and agree that, with respect to this Section 4.2, the Corporation is contracting on its own behalf and as agent for the other indemnified persons referred to in Section 4.2(b). In this regard, the Corporation will act as trustee for such indemnified persons of the covenants of the Holders under this Section 4.2 with respect to such indemnified persons and accepts these trusts and will hold and enforce those covenants on behalf of such indemnified persons.
