Corporation Retirement Plan. From and after the Effective Time, Corporation shall continue to sponsor the Corporation Retirement Plan. Active participation of IMS Health Transferred Retirement Plan Employees in the Corporation Retirement Plan shall cease immediately after the Effective Time. Nothing contained in this Article II shall have the effect of accelerating the degree to which any individual has a vested interest in or eligibility for the Corporation Retirement Plan or the IMS Health Retirement Plan.
