Common use of Corporation, Special Warrant Agent and Agent May be Represented Clause in Contracts

Corporation, Special Warrant Agent and Agent May be Represented. The Corporation, the Special Warrant Agent and the Agent, by their respective directors, officers and employees and Counsel to the Corporation, the Special Warrant Agent and the Agent, may attend any Meeting, but shall have no vote as such unless they are acting in their capacity as a Special Warrantholder or a proxy for a Special Warrantholder.
