Corporation To Make Certain Payments. When and if the Borrower shall make any prepayments provided for in this Section 6, the Corporation shall promptly make such payments and take such other action with respect to the Debentures as shall be required to be made or taken by the Corporation in accordance with and pursuant to this Agreement and the Indenture.
