We represent that the individual(s) specified below in subsections (1) and (2) of this Section 6(k) are authorized to certify to you from time to time those persons who are duly authorized to act for us under this Agreement (“Authorized Persons”) and those persons or entities who are our shareholders, partners or members. We agree to notify you promptly in writing of any changes in the information specified below or on the Exhibits referred to below and attached hereto. We further represent as follows:
