Common use of Correct Clause in Contracts

All representations and warranties in Clause 16 (Representations and Warranties) (except to any extent waived in accordance with Clause 27.2 (Amendments, Waivers and Consents)) have been complied with and would be correct (in all material respects in the cases of Advances the sole purpose of which is to repay an existing Advance) if repeated on the proposed date of that Advance by reference to the circumstances then existing.
