Correction of Defective Work After Final Acceptance. Without limitation of any other rights or remedies of Owner, if any defect in the Work arises within the Correction Period such that the Work becomes Defective Work then Contractor shall, upon receipt of written notice of such defect promptly furnish, at no cost or expense to Owner, design and engineering, labor (including travel related expenses), equipment, materials and construction services (including freight charges) necessary to correct such Defective Work and cause the Work to comply fully with the guarantees in the Contract. Any period during which the Work is not available for use due to defects in the Work furnished by Contractor shall extend Contractor's obligation of correction by an equal period of time.
