Common use of Correction of Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Correction of Loan Documents. Administrative Agent may correct patent errors and fill in any blanks in the Loan Documents consistent with the agreement of the parties so long as Administrative Agent provides the Loan Parties with written notice of such correction and allows the Loan Parties at least ten (10) Business Days to object to such correction. In the event of such objection, such correction shall not be made except by an amendment signed by both Administrative Agent and the Loan Parties.
