Correction of Manifest Errors. In the event of any manifest error or errors in the completion of this Agreement, the Authority or the Contractor (as the case may be) shall, by written notice to the other, correct any such manifest error or errors and, in the event of any dispute between the parties, such dispute shall be resolved in accordance with condition 9.1 of the Conditions of Contract.
