Common use of Correction of Manifest Errors Clause in Contracts

Correction of Manifest Errors. The Corporation and the Warrant Agent may correct typographical, clerical and other manifest errors in this Indenture, provided that any such correction is in the opinion of counsel to the Warrant Agent in no way prejudicial to the rights of the Warrant Agent or of the Warrantholders under this Indenture, and the Corporation and the Warrant Agent may execute and deliver all such documents as may be necessary to correct such errors.
