Common use of Correction of Manifest Errors Clause in Contracts

Correction of Manifest Errors. The Corporation and the Warrant Agent may correct typographical and clerical errors in this Indenture provided that such correction shall in the opinion of the Warrant Agent in no way prejudice the rights of the Warrant Agent or any of the Warrantholders hereunder, and the Corporation and the Warrant Agent may execute and deliver all such documents as may be necessary to correct such errors.
