Errors may be crossed out and corrections printed in ink or typewritten adjacent to the crossed out error. The person making the corrections shall initial any correction in ink. All initials will be explained in the margin or some other visible and appropriate place on the same page as the correction. The explanation need only be the full name of the person having initialed the correction and shall be printed in ink or typewritten.
