Common use of Correction of Pupil Records Clause in Contracts

Correction of Pupil Records. A parent, legal guardian, or student who has reached 18 years of age may review personally identifiable information in the student’s Pupil Records and correct erroneous information contained therein by submitting a written request for access or a written description of the erroneous information and request for correction to District and furnishing District, upon request, such information as is reasonably required to respond to the request. District is responsible for correcting all such erroneous information and Illuminate agrees to fully cooperate with District to make such corrections.
