Common use of Corrective Allocations Clause in Contracts

Corrective Allocations. If any amount is allocated pursuant to paragraph (a), (b) or (c) of this Section 7.7, then, notwithstanding anything in Section 7.5 to the contrary (but subject to the provisions of paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of this Section 7.7), income, gain, loss and expense, or items thereof, shall thereafter be allocated in such manner and to such extent as may be necessary so that, after such allocation, the respective balances of the Capital Accounts will equal as nearly as possible the balances that would have been obtained if the amount allocated pursuant to paragraph (a), (b) or (c) of this Section 7.7 instead had been allocated under the provisions of Sections 7.5-7.8 without giving effect to the provisions of such paragraph.

Corrective Allocations. If any amount is allocated pursuant to paragraph (a), (b) or (cii) of this Section 7.78.1(b), then, notwithstanding anything in Section 7.5 8.1(a) to the contrary (but subject to the provisions of paragraphs (a), (bi) and (cii) of this Section 7.78.1(b)), income, gain, loss and expense, or items thereof, shall thereafter be allocated in such manner and to such extent as may be necessary so that, after such allocation, the respective balances of the Capital Accounts will equal as nearly as possible the balances that would have been obtained if the amount allocated pursuant to paragraph (a), (b) or (cii) of this Section 7.7 8.1(b) instead had been allocated under the provisions of Sections 7.5-7.8 this Section 8.1 without giving effect to the provisions of such paragraph.

Corrective Allocations. If any amount is allocated pursuant to paragraph (ai), (bii) or (ciii) of this Section 7.77.1(b), then, notwithstanding anything in Section 7.5 7.1(a) to the contrary (but subject to the provisions of paragraphs (ai), (bii) and (ciii) of this Section 7.77.1(b)), income, gain, loss and expense, or items thereof, shall thereafter be allocated in such manner and to such extent as may be necessary so that, after such allocation, the respective balances of the Capital Accounts will equal as nearly as possible the balances that would have been obtained if the amount allocated pursuant to paragraph (ai), (bii) or (ciii) of this Section 7.7 7.1(b) instead had been allocated under the provisions of Sections 7.5-7.8 this Section 7.1 without giving effect to the provisions of such paragraph.

Corrective Allocations. If any amount is allocated pursuant to paragraph (a), (b) or (c) of this Section 7.76.4, then, notwithstanding anything in Section 7.5 6.2 to the contrary (but subject to the provisions of paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of this Section 7.76.4), income, gain, loss and expense, or items thereof, shall thereafter be allocated in such manner and to such extent as may be necessary so that, after such allocation, the respective balances of the Capital Accounts will equal as nearly as possible the balances that would have been obtained if the amount allocated pursuant to paragraph (a), (b) or (c) of this Section 7.7 6.4 instead had been allocated under the provisions of Sections 7.5-7.8 this Article 6 without giving effect to the provisions of such paragraph.
