Corrective Work Costs. All out-of-pocket fees, costs and expenses whatsoever incurred by any of the Parties in connection with the performance of the Corrective Work. 1 Definition assumes concurrent execution of CM Agreement and that ECSC and the County will have been approved the form of agreement.
