Common use of Correlative Rights Clause in Contracts

Correlative Rights. The Parties, their successors and assigns, agree to exercise their respective rights granted and reserved herein with reasonable regard for the rights of the other and shall use only so much of the Property, including its surface, as is reasonably necessary to conduct their operations. The exercise of the rights granted herein shall be subject to the provisions of Applicable Law(s) and Applicable Procedure(s), including, without limitation, Articles 11 and 22 of the Louisiana Mineral Code (La R.S. 31.1, et seq.).
