Corresponding Adjustments to Exchange Price; Adjustment of Closing Price in Certain Circumstances. (i) If any adjustment is made to the Exchange Rate pursuant to paragraph (a) or (b) of this Section 6.1, an adjustment shall also be made to the Exchange Price as such term is used throughout the definition of Exchange Rate. The required adjustment to the Exchange Price shall be made at the Exchange Date by multiplying the Exchange Price by the cumulative Dilution Adjustment. (ii) If, during any Calculation Period used in calculating the Exchange Price, the Market Price or the Transaction Value, there shall occur any event requiring an adjustment to be effected pursuant to this Section 6.1, then the Closing Price for each Trading Day in the Calculation Period occurring prior to the day on which such adjustment is effected shall be adjusted by being multiplied by the relevant Dilution Adjustment.
