Corresponding Shares. The Acquired Fund will not sell or otherwise dispose of any of the Corresponding Shares to be received by it from the Acquiring Fund in connection with the Reorganization, except in distribution to the shareholders of the Acquired Fund in accordance with the terms hereof.
