CORRUPT GIFTS, PAYMENTS OF COMMISSIONS. If the Provider or any of its staff or other persons engaged by it do anything in relation to this Agreement which constitutes an offence under the Prevention of Corruption Acts 1889 to 1916 (whether directly involving the Trust or not) the Trust may: in writing terminate the Provider’s involvement in this Agreement immediately in accordance with Clause 3; and recover from the Provider the amount of any loss resulting from that termination.
