Corruption Policy. A bidder declared ineligible by ADB, based on a determination by ADB that the bidder has engaged in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices in competing for or in executing an ADB-financed contract shall be ineligible to be awarded ADB-financed contract during the period of time determined by ADB.

Corruption Policy. You may not pay or reimburse travel expenses except where it is directly related to our legitimate business interests, the costs are modest, the activity is permitted under applicable law and the activity complies with Company policies and guidelines on travel, which are set forth in Attachment C of the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy. Corruption Policy. The Borrower shall not, without the prior written consent of the Lenders, acting reasonably, amend, terminate, replace or otherwise vary the Anti-Corruption Policy.
