Cost Accounting and Audits. 2.7.2.1 If required by CITY, CONSULTANT agrees to make available to CITY for two (2) years after the completion of the SERVICES under this Contract, such books, records, receipts, vouchers, or other data as may be deemed necessary by CITY to enable it to arrive at appropriate cost figures for the purpose of establishing depreciation rates for the various materials and other elements which may have been incorporated into the SERVICES performed under this Contract.
