Cost and Expense of Collection. The Company covenants and agrees that if default be made in any payment or prepayment of principal of, or interest on, the Note, it will, to the extent permitted under applicable law, pay to the Holder such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the cost or expense of collection, including reasonable compensation to the attorneys of the Holder for all services rendered in that connection.
