Cost Basis. In the event of a cash exercise of the Warrants, the Company shall instruct the Warrant Agent as to the cost basis for the newly issued shares. In the event of a cashless exercise of the Warrants, the Company shall instruct the Warrant Agent as to the cost basis for the newly issued shares at the time of the delivery to the Warrant Agent by the Company of the Notice of Exercise for such cashless exercise.
