Cost-Effectiveness Assessment. As a part of required reporting, the Implementer shall provide Measure group-or individual Measure level planned penetration information, including Incremental Measure Cost (IMC) inputs. All Measure-level information shall conform with SPECTRUM. Implementer shall submit the data as requested by the Administrator and as part of regular monthly reporting, via the Administrator approved forecasting template. This should include all Measures for the upcoming Program Year. Administrator may request additional input from the Implementer to the forecasting template with two week (14 calendar days) notice, if a Program introduces change, is not achieving contract goals, or it is deemed necessary for Portfolio planning purposes.
