Cost Estimating Services Sample Clauses

Cost Estimating ServicesUpon completion of the Schematic Design Phase(s), the CMR shall provide an estimate of the totalCost of the Work” of the project. The written cost estimate shall be submitted to the DAS PM and shall utilize the “Major Group Elements – Level I of ASTM Uniformat II”, which shall include, but not be limited to, the elements listed in Table 3.0 below.
Cost Estimating Services. The CMR shall submit Preconstruction Phase Cost Estimates as described in the subsections below and at the Preconstruction Phase Milestones designated in Table 2.0. All Preconstruction Phase Cost Estimates prepared by the CMR shall be required to be reconciled with the Architect Cost Estimates. In conjunction with the DAS PM, A/E, and Construction Administrator, the CMR shall prepare the required Cost Estimates and evaluate the Cost Estimates against the “Cost of the Work” budget. The CMR shall recommend, if necessary, the appropriate action to correct and/or avoid potential cost overruns. The basis for the Cost Estimates shall be ASTM Uniformat II, classification system for building elements and related sitework (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx).
Cost Estimating ServicesProvide a line-item cost estimate at appropriate intervals such as 60%, 90% and 100% Construction Documents. Carefully note all assumptions and or exclusions. Clearly identify the materials, long-lead delivery items, overhead and profit and contingency allowance. Note whether the estimate is current or applies to a future date. The LIBRARY may obtain independent cost estimates separate from this Contract. If, in the LIBRARY’s opinion, there is a significant difference between the CONSULTANT’s estimate and the independent cost estimator, the CONSULTANT shall be required to reconcile the estimate with the independent cost estimator.
Cost Estimating ServicesTask 1 – Meetings: Consultant shall attend up to four one-hour virtual meetings with the City.
Cost Estimating Services. We can provide the client with good conceptual cost estimates based on our experience and history with working on a large range and variety of municipal project types. For in-depth cost analysis during design development, we work with an experienced team of cost estimators that can give specific construction costs to help us meet the budget during design.
Cost Estimating Services. Should the City require detailed Cost Estimating beyond Article 6.3, a consultant will be hired to provide these services.

  • Acceptable Estimating System The Contractor shall maintain the acceptable status of their Estimating System and submit updates to the current status, if applicable

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • Estimating Marketing and sales:

  • Subcontract Costs Payments made by the Construction Manager to Subcontractors in accordance with the requirements of the subcontracts and this Agreement.

  • Ongoing Services It is important to review every investment you hold and at regular intervals. At the time of, or prior to, our recommendation to you we will discuss our on-going service proposition. This is confirmed in our ‘service proposition and engagement’ document which will be sent to you separately from this agreement.

  • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
