Cost, Expenses and Attorneys' Fees. The Company shall promptly reimburse each holder of the Notes for all out-of-pocket costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees expended or incurred by such holder in the enforcement of this Agreement or any of the Notes, actions for declaratory relief in any way related to this Agreement or any holder of the Notes or the collection of any sum which becomes due to such holder on any of the Notes or pursuant to this Agreement.
