Cost Fixation. 17.1.1 The "DEVELOPER" shall be bound to fix cost as decided by Govt.of Rajasthan /RHB for both EWS/LIG units as per agreement and collect cost as per Project Agreements in accordance with applicable laws. For other categories sale price to be decided by developer. 17.1.2 The "DEVELOPER" shall comply with the provisions of all applicable laws, rules and regulations relating to fixation of cost.
