Cost for Commercialization Sample Clauses

Cost for Commercialization. Pineworld shall bear 100% of the costs and expenses in respect of the Commercialization, including the requisite Clinical Trials and costs and fees associated with Regulatory Approval, as well as paying all Third Party labor costs (including any Third Party consulting services related to the Commercialization), shipping, travel, subsistence and other out of pocket costs for technical and regulatory support rendered by Histogen. Pineworld will reimburse Histogen for the Manufacturing Costs of the Product used to conduct the Clinical Trials, up to a total cost of US$ 150,000. The foregoing reimbursements and payments from Pineworld to Histogen shall be made within thirty (30) Business Days from each monthly invoice.
