Common use of Cost Improvement Clause in Contracts

Cost Improvement. At Customer’s reasonable request, Manufacturer and Customer agree to discuss in good faith the implementation of possible cost reduction opportunities with the objective to reduce the net Price of Product. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Manufacturer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to reduce the price of Product Materials.
