No Annexation Any and all equipment placed on the premises of a Party shall be and remain the property of the Party providing such equipment regardless of the mode and manner of annexation or attachment to real property, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties.
Annexation If the Property is located outside the limits of a municipality, Seller notifies Buyer under §5.011, Texas Property Code, that the Property may now or later be included in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of a municipality and may now or later be subject to annexation by the municipality. EQUIPMENT TAX ASSESSMENT 17.1 Any bid for public improvement shall comply with Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 77-1323 and 77-1324.
