COST OF CONSENT. The Tenant further agrees that prior to any consent for assignment, subletting or change in control being effective and binding upon the Landlord, the Tenant shall pay on demand the Landlord's reasonable costs (including the Landlord's own administrative costs) incurred in connection with the Tenant's request for such consent.
