Cost of Enforcement. In the event the Company bring an action to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, including any provisions of Sections 10(a)-(d) hereof, the Company or its applicable Affiliates may recover from Associate its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, through and including any and all appeals.
