COST OF EVALUATION Sample Clauses
The "Cost of Evaluation" clause defines which party is responsible for bearing the expenses associated with assessing or reviewing a particular aspect of the contract, such as the quality of goods, services, or compliance with specifications. Typically, this clause specifies whether the buyer, seller, or a third party will pay for inspections, testing, or expert evaluations required during the contract's execution. By clearly allocating financial responsibility for evaluation activities, the clause helps prevent disputes over unexpected costs and ensures that both parties understand their obligations regarding assessment-related expenses.
